1. Brought back PTSD from times I have been in court
2. There is nothing a lawer can't debate
3. The wailing and gnashing of teeth iron the left is probably not nearly as bad as they make it out to be.
4. The confetti and party hats on the right is not the slam dunk victory they think it is.
5. The big winners are the moderates and centerests like me.

Over my decades in power generation it was my observation that regulatory “scientists” were not competent enough for real jobs.
